All the (true) Panasports I've ever seen have pressed in steel inserts and
use the same cone style lug nuts that most all steel wheels use, not the
shoulder type that is common with other aluminum "mag" wheels.  You should
be able to use any lug nut designed for steel wheels, with the thread that
fits your stud -
