Bob,

When I removed my windscreen, there was a thin paper-like gasket
under the bracket.  It looked like the original.  After sanding and
priming the area, I bought similar material from the auto parts store,
used the old one as a template and replaced it before screwing the
windscreen back on.  Minor trimming was then required to hide the
excess.  Let me know if you need further info.
