Caswell Plating has very inexpensive kits ~$20-$50
depending on the kit.
The little 'you dip it' kits work very well. I used the Nickel kit
to replate my head bolts and etc in place , after reassembling the engine.

Has anyone got any tips as to how to electoplate small components at home.
For example zinc coating nuts and bolts?
I've seen a number of kits out there but wondered if there was a cheaper way
of doing this,
thanks
Andy
