This is called a Steady Strap and is found on page19 of the Roadster
Factory's wonderful Spare Parts Catalogue, Part One. It is part number 160189
and I got one from TRF a couple of years ago when I put my J-type in.  These
are NOS parts and maybe they still have one.  I believe it is worthwhile,
Triumph didn't spend a lot of money on extra parts that were not needed.
