Message text written by Joe Curry >Bob, Unlike the Spitfire, the TR6 has dual hand brake cables and they must be adjusted so that each will apply the brakes equally. The adjustment is done where the cable attaches to the brake actuator on each wheel! Joe < Well, yes and no. The hand brake has an equalizing device where the cables attach that will accomodate some unequalness in the adjustments. Take a look and you will see a swiveling bracket where one cable is attached to each side of the pivot. Dave |
