I got mine from Britsbooks about a year ago.  He is in NY. 1-800-732-3646.
Should also be available from Classic Motorbooks, 1-800-826-6600.  It was
only $15.95 last year.

You can order some of the Practical Classics  restoration books in the US
from Motor Books International in Osceola (sp?) Wisconsin at 715-294-3345.
