Hi Ian
First, send some of that snow down south (IoW), I could do with a day off,
an inch will bring the Island to a stop!!
Second, have you tried sitting (or is that squeezing in) behind the seat and
suddenly raising both hands under the headrest (hands palm up out flat not
clenched), this will usually free these things, might pay you too tie it to
something to stop it flying out and landing on the bodywork!
