Kathleen,
I installed the Pacesetter Headers and Monza exhaust on my 80 Spitfire. The
header
and the exhausts fit fine. However, there were no real instructions with them
and I
had to remount the exhausts as originally I had them too close to the bumper
and it
deformed from the heat.
They were pretty loud and if I was redoing them I would install them
differently than
I did the second time.
I have since installed the Rimmer sport header and exhaust. I like the sound
better
- still a deep throaty sound , but not as loud.
I have no experience with Weber, but I did install a set of HS4s on the car.
With
the combination of the header and the exhaust it is a totally different car.
The
HS4's and manifold can be purchased from Ted Schumacker at TS Imported
Automotive or
Scott Harper at Team Triumph.
The top I have came from Prestige Automotive Trim in England. It has held up
very
well especially considering the car is usually not garaged. I am not sure the
fit is
the best though.
