POR15 Problem/Wire Harness

Good Morning,
Not to start this whole thread again, but I do have a question that I
believe has not been addressed:
Having already painted my frame with this stuff, I notice small, hollow
volcanoes that have erupted and left unprotected metal. Presumably from air
bubbles.
I realize the ability to re-paint within a certain period of time, but that
time is passed.
What do I do now?

Also, I need a recommendation for a supplier for a wire harness for my TR6.
