I've noticed that the last two times I went to start "Big Red", the starter switch (ignition) stuck on "start" and had to be nudged back to "ignition". Can't be too good for the starter...huh? Anyway, I'm assuming that the switch has reacted to the cold...something's gummed up or contracted? What's the fix? It's a column mount. Do I need to dismantle it, or will a shot of WD40 do the trick? Any experience here? ken shapiro baltimore 1970 GT6+ KC81872L |
