The new technology tires with 205/70 x 15, like Dunlop 65, or Pirelli P4000, 
P400 or whatever, do not have redlines.  You can buy 205/70 redlines from 
Coker Tires which they claim to be Dunlops or Goodyear or others, but are old 
molds with older technology and patterns they have purchased and then have 
affixed a red line to.  It's a tradeoff.  How badly do you want a tire with a 
red line on it?
