By any chance, do you think that there is water in the fuel lines? Try
disconnecting the line on the carb side of the gas pump. If you have an
original gas pump, there is a priming lever on it. Pump this till you see
fuel. If you don't get fuel, then you either have ice in the delivery line
or your fuel pump is shot. Assuming that fuel does come out, then disconnect
the line between the pump and carbs and see if you can blow thru it. If that
is clear, then you have a problem with the carbs, that may be mechanical or
just ice.
