About a year ago, I ordered some plastic replacement horns from VB for my GT6 --
items that were not on sale -- and both showed evidence of having been out of
the box and marred and scratched.  Since a horn is not clearly visible item
within the engine bay, I opted to keep them rather than go through the hassle of
a return, but I can tell you it's not fun to have to make that decision either.
VB should not resell returned or "scratch and dent" parts as new,  a practice
they are obviously continuing.  It's the major reason I patronize them only when
they have something no one else does ...
