My first TR was a 1970 Spitfire purchased around 1972 it was my daily driver
up until 1981. In '81 I replaced it with a 1972 Spitfire, I drove that one
daily until 1984. At that time I kept it as a second car while I switched to
my new 1984 Firebird. Got rid of the Pontiac in 1994 and went back to
driving the Spitfire as a daily driver. In 1998 I bought a 1980 TR8 which is
now my daily driver.
