I am considering the renewal of the high pressure injector pipes (MU to
injectors) as some look a little suspect (and noting FT's recent
experience). I would welcome any views on using spec original plastic or
changing to
stainless steel braided hoses before deciding which to go for.
The MU has been replaced to cope with unleaded petrol. I thought I could get
away with the injectors for a while. After approx 40 miles, two have ceased
to function. So unleaded tolerant seals are the next job. Are there seals in
the PRV that will also degrade?
