Triumph Club Badge

I think this question is primarily for UK listers:

I have a badge such as mounts on a badge bar that reads: "The Triumph
Owners M.C.C." with the motto "Nulli Secundus".

It is red and black with the club name on a red shield shape and the
motto on a red scroll or banner shape beneath.

Can anyone tell me whether the M.C.C. refers to Motor Car Club or Motor
Cycle Club?
