Hi Guys
        
        Another method is the 'wire in the groove' which is similar to the way
windows and windshields are installed. Had to wire up a test fixture at
work and needed to install grommets. Wrap a thin piece of wire around
the grommet in the groove. Place grommet against the hole with both ends
of the wire coming thru the other side. Start pulling the wire out of
the groove while pressing the grommet and see how the rubber sets itself
as the wire is removed.
        Hope this makes sense as I am verbally challenged.
