In a update on the first and second gear issue. Peter Boutcher said that
even with the stock cams, generally, the blower doesn't show a huge
difference until third gear. You do get a bit in second above 3300 or
so... Sorry, until I get some hard numbers, the "feeling" of the thing
is the best I can do...
