That reminds me of when I was young and foolish and driving
an MG. I tried to drive the MG onto some ramps in the garage
but the surface was too slick and the ramps would just slide.
So I got "smart" and and jacked up the car and set the ramps
underneath. So far, so good. But when it came time to back
the car off of the ramps, well...
Fortunately, when the ramps shot out from underneath they
didn't hit anything fragile or valuable but it was exciting!
I guess the determining factor is how smooth is the surface?
