Listers,
After not having time for three weeks finally got out under the TR4 and
tightened the bolts holding the lever shocks to the frame. Took her out
for a spin (a lot of head turnin' by the fiftysomething parents dropping
their kids off at VA TECH) and guess what...that clunk I asked the list
about is gone. Advise to other TR3/4 owners is next time the baby is
up...let your honey give those nuts a tug ;-).
On the bio thing...I choose to not partake and simply deleted those that
did. While I find that stuff interesting I just ain't got time to chat.
At the same time, I respect the need of others to do it. So in the
infamous words of Rodney King...."why can't we all just get along"
Hopefully, all can stay on the list. Those that don't want to be
bothered
by TR4 clunks, pressing out T/A bushings, or rebuilting half shafts can
delete those subject lines. While those that don't want bios, jokes, or
non-LBC stuff can do the same
I already thanked offline those that advised of tightening the lever
shocks. Just want to take this time to share the knowledge and thank them
publicly since I never would have gotten there without 'hem.
