Monza Header - Warning LBC Content

As part of the crate of parts I just ordered for BPNW to rebuild the engine
on my Spit, I got a Monza header. As I dropped the whole lot off with the
friend who is managing the rebuild for me, I was wondering if the Monza
header has to be welded on to the exhaust system or if it has the flanged
connection? I forgot to check this out with them, while ordering all of the
various repair and go quick items.
