After a year of gathering the various bits, I am now ready to retro-fit a
Lucas PI system to my 72 US-spec TR6. I should add that without help from
fellow listers such as Egil Kvaleberg, Dave Hill, Dave Stauffa, Terry
Byrne, and many others (unnamed but greatly appreciated), I wouldn't have
got to this point. Many thanks guys.

After getting every thing laid out on the garage floor, and getting new
fuel lines made up, I suddenly realized that I cannot easily adapt the
current throttle to operate the PI butterfly system without a considerable
amount of re-engineering the entire system (which looks like being more
compicated than fitting everything else). Dumb, but it is always the
daftest thing that throws a spanner (wrench) in the works!

Has anyone out there in the PI+LHD world got a throttle pedal + cable
assembly that they can spare in exchange for US or Belgian or Dutch or
French, or other European currency, or just plain old beer tokens?

Thanks in advance,

Tony Gordon
