HI Folks,

I have a continuing problem with a freinds 76 Spity, Its a California car
that uses a Banjo bolt in the oil pan to hold the Dipstick tube. My problem
is I cannot find a replacement Banjo bolt, as the OLD one is Stripped !

A few of the listers have game me part numbers, and some names as to where to
get this bolt. However NO LUCK !! I have tried All suggestions ( i.e.
Roadster fact, VB, Rimmers, Etc.... )

Does anyone else have any information as to WHO deffinetly has one ? or has
anyone run into this problem and solved it any other way ?

Also, How about drilling out the block hole and putting a Dipstick tube
in...Has anyone ever done this ? Can it be drilled easy and Installed ?

Andy advice would be helpful. The car is sitting and cannot be used until
this problem is fixed.

Thanks
John Spofford
