Chris,

Wire them seperately, and use relays. Unless you can find out the exact 
rating, assume 55 watts or more, and wire accordingly.

I have drawn up a set of wiring diagrams for doing this, along with some 
instructions. If you are interested, let me know and I will send them to you 
by e-mail.

My scheme interlocks the lights so that the driving light can only be on when 
the hi-beams are on, but the fog light can be on anytime the parking lights 
are on.

My reasons for doing this are included with the instructions.
