Joe Curry responded to my earlier post questioning if the price mentioned
was in Canadian dollars (FYI $1.5 Cdn = $1 U.S.). Gary Whitfield has
confirmed this in the following note:
Mr. Curry:
Yes...the prices are in Canadian funds. Both cars were also safetied last
year but safeties are now out of date (ie. mechanically sound).

Hi fellow listers,
A local club member passed away recently and left behind two Triumphs which
he loved dearly. His son (Gary) is trying to find a good home for his
dad's cars. Details are below. The cars are in Napanee, Ontario CANADA
which is about 150 miles east of Toronto.

The cars:
1. 1968 Triumph Spitfire.
New top, seats, carpet and tires.
Body has been redone by amateur and repainted (red).
Drivetrain proff. rebuilt. Appraisal avail. ($7k Cdn.).
$2750 Cdn or $1850 U.S.
2. 1980 Triumph TR7.
New top, seats, carpet and tires.
Body is approx. 90% redone and will need painting.
Many new parts. Drivetrain has been rebuilt.
$3250 Cdn or $2170 U.S.
