Thanks Huib,

I still can't figure out why they have a winter/summer position for the
choke that changes the choke setting at best 1/8-1/4 inch when you have
a choke cable that has about a 2-3 inch range.  It seems that fine
adjustment is hidden inside of the gross adjustment.  

Maybe the most critical choking is from full choke (winter setting??) to
1/4 inch open choke (summer setting??) and they don't want you to be
able to use full choke in the summer.
