Do the system flush before you do the rebuild- see if any water comes out.
If you have water in the system and it boils you could experience
excessive pressure.  Maybe.

I'm not positive on this because I've never experienced it.  However,
there was a story in a Triumph magazine about a TR7 that burned its front
brakes out because the fluid boiled, on a steep downhill.
