Pardon my ignorance, but..... "what the hell are you talking about?"
GT6's were always made with a hard top. That is why they were called
"GT". Triumph did toy around with coming out with a 6 cyl. Spitfire but
the project was never seriously considered because of the possible
competition with the TR6. Photos of these convertible GT6's are either
factory prototypes or private conversions. There are plenty of them
around to be sure!!!
