On an early Saab 99, I would expect to see that. Triumph actually
supplied the engines to Saab for the early cars. If I remember correctly,
though, Saab had taken over, redesigned somewhat and subsequently built
their own slant-4 engines by the time they'd gone to the 2-liter version
(if not before). The Saab engine evolved to a point where there was only
passing resemblance to the original Triumph-built motor.
