I couldn't agree more. Many so-called expert car guys may be collectors, but they finance their hobby by buying and selling cars of less than perfect condition. I fell for this once, and got burned. A man who was the original owner of a car "swore" that it had never been wrecked. I later found out, upon closer inspection after bringing the car home, that the entire front clip had been replaced.
