Hi Sam,
As far as I can see your water pump has been replaced at an
earlier stage by a more modern for life time lubricated pump.Early
pumps had in fact a grease nipple, but later replacement parts do
not need any maintenance.
With concern to your diff.question it is that many british cars did
not require oil draining at the rear axle.According to the
maintenance manual only topping up was required, but the cars
were of cause not supposed to live that long.If you want to drain the
oil in the final drive, you will have to remove the rear cover of the
hypoid casing.

With all the leaking of oil, just “topping up” mightbe counted as an
