"6" restoration

I am restoring my 74 TR6, frame up.  The question I have is this:  I know the
frame is painted in semi/gloss black but as I replace the bolts and nuts, etc,
are these painted black also or left the silveresh color.  I have look in
numerous books but can't seem to find a good answer.  Also, anybody know a a
good book with lots of pictures I can use in my resoration.  Thanks ahead of
time.

PS:  The guy who led me to the Mathews place in Georga for the EGR valve was a
