Brad,
I've seen this many times on the carpet sets. That particular set looks like
it is
tailored to a TR-4A through TR-6. The extra "humps" cut in the rear deck piece
are
designed to clear the parking brake cables. Since the later cars use an extra
cardboard (now plastic) piece in that area that effectively raises the center
tunnel,
the humps don't show on the later cars. Same holds for the trans tunnel. The
cuts,
etc. are hidden under the center console.
I do like the look of the set from the photos and I hope to order a set for a
TR-250
from Mark soon. Thanks for posting the photos to look at!
