I ordered trunnions, complete bushing kit, ball joints and tie rod ends from 
TRF a few months ago.  There is a good chance I'll be installing them this 
coming weekend (take note Lee!).  I did parts comparisons between the 
trunnions and the washers a few days ago and they all look the same as the 
parts that came off the car.  My stumbling block at the moment is in getting 
the lower wishbone arm bushings reamed to match the trunnion pins.  After 
pressing the bushings in they just don't quite fit.

Mine came drilled for the castle nut and the pins (I think!).  Who did you 
buy your parts from?
