Nowt wrong with the steering, it was the utter lack of traction in
anything other than idian summer that got me! Still i did drive it like
a tw*t and deliberately threw it into roundabouts and 90 degree bends.
the best time was on the back-roads between beccles and lowestoft.
Theres a sweet right-hander, because of farm stuff theres always gravel
on the nice wide open corner (you can guess...?). Second gear, full
throttle and..... I'm facing the way the way I came from, going
backwards along the verge! Best bit was that the good ole sierra just
drove away! Many more similar incidents like that until it had to go!:-)
The sierra may not have much soul, but you've got to praise FoMoCo for
bullet-proofing!
