TR6 PI power gains

It is interesting to note the power gain achieved by replacing the Stomberg
carbs with PI as reported by Kastner:

4000 rpm - 5.5% increase
5000 rpm - 9.4% increase
6000 rpm - 12.3 % increase

IMHO low rpm power should be nearly identical for both fuel systems.
The 2.5 PI generated most of the power increases through higher compression
and a longer duration cam.
