5 speed o/d swap for Spitfire 1500

I know that the MGB folks have found a japanese 5 spd that will work in the
B.   But, do any of you know of a suitable 5 spd swap for a Spitfire 1500?

P.S.   I've already learned that the Japanese tranny being used for MGB's
won't work for Spit's.
