Hi,
So, I'm sitting here - I have the day off - it's around 60 outside (granted
it's raining, but what the heck) and I'm thinking: it's been only 2 weeks
since I last drove my TR6 (ref. an earlier posting on carb fires) and I
really miss driving the car already!
So, I'm faced with a dilemma, of sorts. Do I spend the day sworking on
Khartu in an effort to keep that project moving or do I go nuts and yank
the head on Karwon and rebuild the Z.S. 175's and put it all back together
so I can drive it a few more times before the snows hit...
It's a tough choice.
If I fix Karwon - I can drive it to the New England Triumphs Fall Meeting
in Hampton, NH (at the Widow Fletcher - mmmmm bangers and mash!) on Sat.
Nov. 14th at 11:30 AM. If not, there is no hope of Triumph Joy until March
'99 or so...
Hmmmm.
Let's see - here's a head gasket - there's a Moss Extra Thick manifold
gasket - ah, there's the new throttle shafts for the Z.S. 175's ...
C ya,
rml
TR6's
