To add to what Chad has said.
I made my own out of 3/8" plate when I took a welding class at the local
trade school. Welded them in with my mig in the driveway. The template
can be found through the VTR page on a link from
http://www.vtr.org/maintain/diff-mounts.html
Chad is right, If I can do it any incompetent welder can do it (I have the
nerve to call myself a welder?)
