TR4 rear light lenses

Folks, those of you who have a TR4/4A with original red lenses (US specs) for
the tail and brake lights - I need a favor.  

Could you check and see: 1) if the lenses have a circular or vertical pattern?
2) I also need the comm # of the car  and 3) The Lucas number (Lxxx) on the
lenses.

I'm trying to track when the pattern changed during the TR4 run and if it
continued through the TR4A's.

Any help appreciated.  TIA.
