I just finished rebuilding my carbs on '71 TR6. It's running great except
that I have the mixture all the way rich and the idle set all the way out
and I'm still at 1000 rpm's and running a little lean. I feel this is due
to a vacuum leak of some sort. Does this sound right? or does anyone know
of soemthing that I may be overlooking? Fast idle is closed completely. I
did notice that the front carb's mixture bowl is not resting all the way
down after a quick rev. Is this normal? If I manual try to push it down,
the idle does drop. Any suggestions?
