Seat Belt Recoiler

Hello all!  I'm off on another quest to find an rare commodity that
being the recoiler that goes on the seat belt.  My seat belts are good
so I don't want to replace them just to get the recoiler that clips onto
the belt itself.  The clips on the one I have gave into metal fatigue
and the spring is a bit tired though still serviceable.  If anybody out
there has a recoiler I sure like to here from you.
