Who ever the two scoundrels are that stiffed Fred, PAY UP NOW.  Plus
interest and penalty!  Fred has gone a long way out of his way to help many
of us and I'm really burnt by the idea that someone would take advantage of
such a nice person, apparently, just because they could.
