Not to nitpick, but some folks don't consider the end of the 20th centruy
to be 1999 - they consider it 2000. So, if Spring '99 does not work out
for the tour - there's always 2000.
... if we aren't cast into an economic depression because everyone's
computers "blow up" on Jan 1, 2000.
