Subject: TR-3 tires
Hi all,
I was the person who had inquired regarding TR-3 tires and I was able to
get Dunlop 165/15's with no problem from the Tire Rack. These were $40
each and they had a Firestone for $35 each. They are now mounted on the
Daytons and look great!
Ps. I made it to Carlisle late friday and ran around in the pouring rain,
unfortunately many vendors had shut down for the day so I was only able to
get a few odds and ends for the 250. The lone attendee at the Central Pa.
stand was a nice 3A in red with white stripes. It looked fast and I liked
the drilled rotors and finned rear drums! Saw that forlorn 250 (back
chopped off) and the racing 4 as well. Well, I'm into the hydraulics of
the 3A and Apple has just gotten 2 calipers for renewal. Cheers, Mike K
