Dust Covers

One more question on the thread I started yesterday.....

On the rubber dust covers that cover the back of the TR-3 rear brake
cylinders:  What holds them in place?  Is there a lip that goes under the
body of the cylinder?  In other words -- do I have to remove both the
cylinder and the brake line to install it, or just the brake line?  

Thanks to the guys who answered yesterday's question about the covers.  You
know who you are.
