Was the replacement hose cleaned and blown out before installation?
I've bought some pretty dirty hose in the past.  Possibly you have some
gunk leftover from production.  Also, follow the fuel path to make sure
you got all hose sections.  I just discovered on I missed at the bend in
the frame 1-2' back from the fuel filter.
