I've been thinking about purchasing a MIG welder and saw an add in J.C. Whitneys for a welder. Here are the specs, Non-live torch with current/gas trigger. 6 power settings welds upto 1/4" 2 to 11 lb wire spool capacity automatic overload cutoff 35% duty cycle at 100 amps output is 35 to 100 amps 6 foot torch cable two .023 tips two .030 tips 2 gas nozzles face shield 2 lb spool of .023 wire uses disposable or refillable gas cylinders (not included) gas regulator (for refillable cylinders) Has a spot welding nozzle available for $5.99 Price = $339 plus shipping. Does anyone have any knowledge of this welder? Does it seem like a good buy? Any suggestions or critisisms welcome.
