The rubber cones screw into the holes attach to the body on either side of
the hood opening. You adjust their "height" by screwing them in, and then using
the nuts to lock the cones in place. It looks like you will have to supply
the nuts yourself. Take the cones down to any self-respecting h/ware store
and find a nut that fits (likley SAE).

The 1" x 1 1/2" "folded in half" rubber is for the hood prop. There
is a tounge of metal on the right-hand wheel well that the hood prop sits
on when the hood is closed. You will see a screw hole in the tongue. This
is where the rubber goes, and is sceured ny one of the sheet-metal screws.

The 4 pieces of rubber approximately 1" square fit into the drain
that runs the length of the hood opening on either side of the car.
You will see two screw holes at each location that rubber guides are to
be installed with the sheet metal screws. Install them with the tapered
end up (thick end down) so that the taper on the rubber will locate
the hood as you close it.

I hope this muddled explanation has helped.
