To the list: I am the culprit on this one. I have responded off-list
to Jay, but to try and stop the diluge, I am responding to the list.
I am fairly certain, although I can't guarantee it, that the first
payment was mailed within a few days of the transaction. I was on the
way to the airport on a rushed trip to my wife's mothers. Jay inquired
of the payment on 3/13 and I mailed a second payment on Monday, 3/16.
It was hand delivered to the US Post Office contract station at work.
Payment was by money order in both cases and I can request a refund of
the first payment next week.
Finally, I agree with what a couple have said since Jay's post to the
list. He handled it the way I would have.
